The architectural firm Factoria Uda has been responsible for the comprehensive renovation of one of the old buildings of the Hotel Condes de Barcelona located on Passeig de Gràcia in Barcelona. The new 5-star hotel is called the Monument Hotel. The interior designer, Mercè Borrell, has been in charge of the decoration of the hotel, with the collaboration of the distribution company Jodul.
The coating chosen for the luxurious finishes is the Art series by Natucer, a series in constant growth with a great variety of formats, colors, textures and reliefs.
